SPR# BRIS5V5M43 - Fixed an inconsistency in the Router when transferring mail over SMTP when pipelining is enabled. Prior to this fix, when the target SMTP server responded
with a transient error (451 for example) on the MAIL FROM command, this was treated as a permanent error, resulting in a non delivery report (NDR). When pipelining was disabled,
this was correctly treated as a transient error and requeued for retry. This fix allows transient errors on the MAIL from command to be treated as transient, and requeued for retry.
This problem has been fixed in 6.0.4, 6.5.2 and 5.0.13.
